Clean Your Unused file from your pc without any software

1st go to start menu >all program>Accessories>System tools>Task Scheduler>Action>Create Basic Task. See below image.....

Then Select Create a Basic Task and Type into the  Name> Disk Cleanup Type in Description>Weekly if you want can you right daily for weekly type please right in Description>Weekly Cleanup of obsolete Files.See below image....

 

now select Trigger>if you select weekly then select weekly see below image......

Now select Weekly>1 and mark on weekly..see below image..

Then Action> Start Program..see below image....

 

Now finally Browse>go to windows file and there select file as below...
C:\\Windows\systeam32\cleanmgr.exe Find this file from your windows  then prees ok.See below image...

Note : This is only for windows 7
